About the Role:
Our team is seeking a knowledgeable Office Coordinator to ensure an optimal working environment in our facility. The position of an Office Coordinator is responsible for various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times. Tasks include, but are not limited to, front desk management, greeting guests, receiving packages, and scheduling meetings and appointments for our Recruiting team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting teams with various administrative tasks
- Greet guests and candidates with a smile
- Greet candidates coming in for interviews, ensuring conference room is ready and notifying interviewing manager
- Provide exceptional customer service to employee and guests in all matters and communications
- Receive and send mail and packages
- Maintaining the general upkeep of the premises
- Provide support for internal event (includes moving furniture and event set up/break down)
- Be the go-to resource and "signpost" for employees and visitors
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
- Assisting Office Manager and Facilities Coordinator with tasks and special projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- Visible passion for workplace happiness and desire to foster a work environment consistent with PitchBook's core values
- Proactive and solution oriented – anticipates needs
- Ability to take direction and work independently on assigned tasks
- A "no job is too big or too small" attitude
- Strong organizational skills including effective time management and prioritization of duties
- Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
- Experience with Slack a plus
