Job Summary: • Act as the first point of contact for the domain to address any complaints / queries regarding the service levels and quality of delivery.• Support & Resolve complex issues; address ad-hoc requests.• Responsible for rollout of operational changes; Functional enhancements.• Review operational performance for the domain, Service Level attainment, operational issues, and technology/process improvements.• Publish weekly and monthly status reports.• Co-ordinate with offshore support team to provide the guidance and clarifications for fixes/ enhancements.• Define new product features in conjunction with product manager and provide specifications.• Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit testing, documentation and maintenance as appropriate.• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle analytics and data integration products and service offerings.• Lead project delivery as technical expert/lead to the customers when implementing solutions.• Resolve or escalate client issues as appropriate to support and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in hands-on technical development & troubleshooting on OBIEE 12c, Informatica ETL, Oracle SQL, MS Excel. Basic knowledge of Unix scripting is required, advanced is plus. Basic knowledge of Workday as HCM tool is good to have.
- Well versed with Agile methodologies and experienced Scrum Master, handling a team of 8-10 members involved in projects' development and operational maintenance/bug fixing activities at the same time.
- Previous experience of working in HR Analytics is preferred (People Analytics - headcount analysis, turnover, movement metrics, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition analysis, headcount forecast analytics).
- Proactive in handling techno-functional issues requiring in-depth technical analysis and bug fixing, should be able to quickly navigate to arrive at best possible solution requiring minimal turnaround time.
- Quickly adapt new business requirements with minimal inputs, coordinate with required stakeholders to gather all required information.
- Should be able to comprehend various business process flows which are customized to client's environments.
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders frequently, understand business priorities and translate it to technical execution plans for dev team.
- Engage and bring transformation with third party vendor teams involved in upstream/downstream integration of the applications in-scope.
- Act as single point of contact for client's IT and business leads, bridging the gap between onshore and offshore teams.
- Should have strong ability to backtrack technical details for a 100% customized application, should be flexible to design approaches aligning with customized application environment already in place.
- Should be able to lead multiple parallel threads for development as well as operational activities, should be highly organized in order to meet delivery deadlines with minimal oversight.
- As a scrum master, represent application team's progresses and summary on different weekly/monthly forums.
- As a domain lead, liaise with all team leads on the domain and understand dependencies, represent the domain on respective internal and external forums. Prior experience of working on GxP / SoX complaint systems is a plus.
- Prior experience of working with a Life Sciences industry based client preferred.
