Segra is searching for a Number Portability Technician to work in one of our Segra Offices: Columbia SC, Charlotte NC, Richmond or Waynesboro VA.

This positionwill be responsible for reviewing, processing and managing internal numberporting orders including Toll Free, Customer Service Record, and DirectoryListing services for Segra. The NumberPortability Tech will coordinate the installation of the porting services withProject Coordinators, ensuring a smooth and timely conversation for Segracustomers.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail andproven experience in a role requiring organizational, time management andadministrative skills. The Number Portability Technician must possess anddemonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Other Qualifications Include:• Excellent verbaland written communication skills• Proficiency withInternet and Microsoft Office applications to include, but not limited to: Wordand Excel• Must have theability to utilize a computer keyboard and monitor for extended periods• Ability to multitask effectively• Must haveeffective interpersonal skills to interact successfully with customers,management, and team members to ensure customer satisfaction• Must be able toprioritize and re-prioritize as needed in a fast-paced working environment,especially when dealing with time sensitive issues and mandated deadlines• Must beanalytical and have proven problem solving abilities• Experience inNumber Portability activities and/or use of telephony vocabulary desired
