Overview
Responsible for NMLS licensing activities needed to ensure Loan Originators are properly licensed per NMLS requirements in the states in which the company operates. Perform multiple business support functions; assist management and other team member(s) with various special projects related to Loan Officer licensing requirements in accordance company procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Job Description

• Process payments for Loan Officer continuing education requirements
• Communicate with Loan Officers to request appropriate identification documents
• Assemble all required documentation, fingerprint cards, and financial information needed to prepare LO license applications
• Assist with the completion of new license applications
• Process requests for licensing fee payments
• Announce Loan Officer license approvals
• Maintain the database of Loan Officer license certificates and agreements
• Provide processor education
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
