Overview
Responsible for NMLS licensing activities needed to ensure Loan Originators are properly licensed per NMLS requirements in the states in which the company operates. Perform multiple business support functions; assist management and other team member(s) with various special projects related to Loan Officer licensing requirements in accordance company procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Job Description

Process payments for Loan Officer continuing education requirements
Communicate with Loan Officers to request appropriate identification documents
Assemble all required documentation, fingerprint cards, and financial information needed to prepare LO license applications
Assist with the completion of new license applications
Process requests for licensing fee payments
Announce Loan Officer license approvals
Maintain the database of Loan Officer license certificates and agreements
Provide processor education
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
