Job Description:
The Network Services Controls Testing role will be responsible for managing and performing the end-to-end testing of network solutions controls to test compliance of network architecture and designs with company policies and standards. Your duties include developing and managing testing strategies for network systems to verify compliance for infrastructural upgradation and enhancement for better performance. We will look for you to provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the scoping of test schedules, plans and routines specific to the target network solution
  • Manage and deliver full end-to-end quality outputs and own assigned tasks with a proactive approach
  • Escalate issues with proposed solutions in a timely fashion
  • Maintain relationships within the team and key stakeholders


Required Skills:

  • Ability to provide test strategy for a release or in response to audit request
  • Understanding of WAN / LAN Technologies
  • Experience in a large enterprise environments of network solutions
  • Structured and organized in approach with a strong attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of diligence
  • Performance and result oriented, with the ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines.
  • An ability and desire to challenge the status quo, through analysis of systems, data, and processes
  • Good written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to communicate data analytics concepts and the results of work performed clearly and concisely
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Relevant previous experience in the banking or financial services industry

Pay and benefits information
Jersey City pay range:
$80,000 - $130,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
