Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

This unique role will give you an opportunity to lead the Sustainment Operations Command Center which will act as a blend of Production Analytics to support the Network as well as early warning systems created to mitigate risk to our end customer commitments. You will have the opportunity to lead a talented group of individuals driving the production analytics and best in class customer experience playbooks for Sustainment Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Network Operations Manager for engine inductions & shipments as well as repair part delivery aligned to P&W commitments
  • Integrate MRO insights & engine center critical parts lists with engine center build plans to provide information and identify risks in the build plan so that all stakeholders have visibility across all product lines
  • Evaluate spare part & repair part delivery commits to engine build plans, identifies risks for delivery misses, and escalate to GMs to enable gap closure to commitments
  • Provide prioritization & visibility into (1) what parts/repairs will have the most impact on customers, (2) view part/repair shortages based on the producers commit and can link each part to specific engine serial numbers.
  • Coordinate annual Repair and MRO delivery targets
  • Set the priority on team initiatives and projects that increase internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate Sustainment Operations network performance reviews
  • Act as Sustainment Operations focal for internal and external teams as relates to aftermarket analytics, such as Customer Solutions, Programs, Engineering, CORE, and Finance
  • Be a conduit into Sustainment Operations, through process communication and clear ownership identification
  • Ensure fidelity and alignment on reporting data across global sites
  • Support global network through continuous improvement of KPI dashboards
  • Establish standard work
  • Shine the light on areas of opportunity to Senior Management, including escalation
  • Support delivery, inventory, and yield improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business, operations, program management)
  • A minimum 12+ years prior Operations, engine maintenance, and/or depot facility experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10+ years of Operations, engine maintenance, and /or depot facility experience
  • US Citizenship required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MA/MS/MBA degree
  • Capability developing growth strategies, partnerships, and customer relationship management.
  • Experience working with internal operations. Excellent analytical skills evaluating forecasts, and operational performance.
  • Effective social skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with senior executives, and to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability for Continuous Improvement and use of CORE tools.
