POSITION SUMMARY

This role will assist internal and external business partners in all aspects of Pharmacy operations including: Credentialing, re-credentialing, provider compliance, provider contracting, network support, validations and day to day pharmacy inquiries. Responsibilities include routinely completing large data analysis in Excel/SQL/R/Python to validate, update, analyze the pharmacy information, and regularly assist in improving and refining the analysis using various tools. The Lead Analyst will assist in solving complex problems with cross-functional business partners to assist in ongoing workflow enhancements for various projects. This position is expected to have a thorough understanding of the business process, and be able to work independently with minimal guidance once trained.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Works closely with our Independent providers assisting with day to day operations, including but not limited to: application and credentialing support, provider communication, Network participation, Network rejects, claims research, and triage.
• Participate in internal and cross functional meetings, assisting with development, design, and testing of our new business applications.
• Focus on process improvement, automation, technology, and cross-functional partnerships to drive change and deliver operational excellence.
• Design and implement various algorithms and processes to support our data analysis initiatives in the Network Operation Department.
• Manage and maintain the provider and network information; ensure data integrity and data interoperability.
• Perform data analysis to provide insights about providers and network using analytical tools such as Excel, R or Python.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in Data Analysis or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Expert data analysis or programming skills with all MS Office applications, SQL, R or Python.
• Excellent quantitative skills and ability to perform complex data analysis and advanced problem solving.
• Demonstrated experience in challenging problems and driving outstanding results
• Knowledge of PBM business model
• Analytical, highly organized, able to work and lead projects with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills to work with various partners, including but not limited to Supply Chain, Compliance, Legal and IT.
• Capability to prepare and present concepts and proposals to all levels of management.

This role is WAH/Flex, which allows most work to be performed at home. WAH/Flex employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if they choose to come onsite or if required to periodically come on site.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $64,700 - $107,900, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
