Description

The Network Operations Coordinator 4 maintains provider relations to support customer service activities through data integrity management and gathering of provider data needed for service operations. The Network Operations Coordinator 4 assumes ownership and leads advanced and highly specialized administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.

Responsibilities

The Network Operations Coordinator 4 manages provider data for health plans including but not limited to demographics, rates, and contract intent. This individual manages provider audits, provider service and relations, credentialing, and contract management systems. This individual works with the Provider Contracting Executives to assist with, and follow up on, routine provider contracts, as needed. This may include path-to-value and value-based contracts. This individual will work within broad guidelines and with little direct oversight.

  • Ensures data integrity and maintenance of the contracts by performing roster audits and resolving provider load issues
  • Manages initial credentialing, manages unresponsive providers through re credentialing and vendor certifications and resolves discrepancies
  • Acts as a customer service liaison
  • Collaborates with the Provider Engagement team to manage Value Based Relationships and manage operational issues related to data integrity with assigned providers.
  • Manages delegated relationship data

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of previous provider experience (provider contract, provider relations, provider office, or provider customer service)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Analytical thinking and/or root cause analysis
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences



Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record with building and maintaining provider relationships
  • Previous account management or project management
  • Experience using multiple operating systems to research and manage data integrity
  • Knowledge with medical claims
  • 2+ years of provider relations experience
  • Previous experience with auditing providers
  • Experience working special projects
  • Medicaid knowledge

Location: This role will be a permanent Remote position, however, it may require minimal travel for trainings or meetings once travel restrictions are lifted.

  • Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
