As a Network Engineer I, your role is to ensure the stability and integrity of voice, data, and video network services. This is achieved by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and performing routine upgrades. Associate will maximize network performance by troubleshooting problems and outages with internal employees, customers, and vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, provision, troubleshoot, and maintain customer services.
• Test new hardware and software in LAB environment.
• Deploy hardware and software upgrades to existing network elements.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.
• Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
• Manage multiple conflicting priorities & consistently meet deadlines.
• Identify trends and problems.
• Strive to make a difference through continued self-improvement.

EDUCATION:

• Associates Degree

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years of experience in Service Provider Engineering or related field.
