Network Analyst I
Job Summary:
- The Network Analyst I is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and/or testing/disconnecting of EOF/EOC, DS1, DS3, 1G, 10G, 100G (+) and Cross Network circuits at the physical layer.
- Responsible for the successful circuit acceptance that includes the connectivity for the multiple segments within the Windstream network including both Transport and/or Router Networks.

- Effective project coordination ability.
- Effective professional communication skills.
- Computer literacy; Visio, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Metasolv M6, ASAP-MSS.
- Effective performance in dynamic fast-paced environment, ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge & understanding of complex telecommunications networks.
- Basic knowledge & understanding of interconnect engineering and transport.
- Basic knowledge & understanding of Circuit/Design Layout Reports.
- Working knowledge& understanding of transport methods; T1, T3, EoF, EoC, OCx.
- Test access to customer provided equipment (i.e. Network Interface Device - NID)
- Perform activation of service with customer during a scheduled event

Job RequirementsMinimum Req [ Link Removed ] Degree in a technical discipline and 3-4 years technical/telephony experience with 3 years directly related to the job; or 6 years of directly related telephony or network operations experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience required.
