We are looking for a Network Attached Storage (NAS) administrator for our storage operations team. This position supports NAS storage in our main data centers as well as our field site file services environments and will require some after hours and weekend work. Any background or knowledge of Object Storage, preferably IBM Cloud Object Storage (ICOS) is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day support for the Network Attached Storage environment
• Fulfill requests for NAS storage as well as troubleshoot/resolve NAS storage alerts/issues
• Assist with the forecasting and planning of NAS capacity additions, NAS utilization, and consumption
• Coordinate and perform NAS hardware/software installs, configurations and upgrades
• Object Storage experience is desirable. This team also supports IBM Cloud Object Storage (ICOS)
• Represent NAS and Object storage in our team meetings, or discussions with other teams and customers
• Participate in large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
• Participate in 24/7 On Call rotation
• Analyze all aspects of the existing infrastructure and recommends modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability and scalability
• Work with teammates, clients and other teams to identify and address systems problems
• Evaluate new developments and recommend infrastructure modifications
• Provide in depth consultation to application teams on a variety of different applications
• Assist in defining standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics
• Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
• Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience administering Network Attached Storage (NAS) Systems
• 2+ years experience with local & remote storage replication
• 2+ years experience with CIFS and NFS

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetApp certification
• Enterprise class storage administration experience (SAN or NAS)
• Windows File Server experience
• Active Directory experience

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
