Description
The AMER Salesforce Delivery Leader oversees all Salesforce and Mulesoft delivery within the AMER Salesforce practice at EPAM systems. The salesforce practice is part of the larger $1B broader Digital Engagement Practice. The Digital Engagement Practice is the fastest growing practice within EPAM and delivers digital transformation for some of the world's most recognizable brands, with offerings across white space business design, brand & marketing, experience transformation, organizational enablement, platform & product strategy, enterprise transformation and Data & AI.
Primary responsibilities include driving the strategic direction of the delivery organization, serving as the primary point of escalation for all team and stakeholder challenges, and developing a high-performing delivery team across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Responsible for successful delivery of our NA's Salesforce project portfolio through active supervision, delivery reviews, proactive escalations and course correction
  • Overseeing all Engagement Managers and Delivery Directors to ensure all project scope, roadmap and budget activities are aligned and support client goals
  • Coaching, mentoring and motivating delivery leadership and team members to consistently follow defined best practices in delivery methodology, and take proactive actions to ensure green projects and successful customers
  • Tight coordination, planning and issue resolution with internal stakeholders, including other regions, technical delivery teams, business development, portfolio managers, sales engineering, and practices
  • Support business development teams in relevant pre-sales activities, including providing input/signoff on proposals and client facing delivery subject matter expertise
  • Work with the resource management team to creatively and effectively staff projects while meeting customer needs and internal stakeholder requirements
  • Identify and resolve issues, risks and conflicts within the project teams and delivery expectations
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify possible crises and devise contingency plans
  • Responsible for meeting 25% billable target on the Salesforce project portfolio


REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of leadership - driving change, high performing teams and results in large and rapidly growing organizations
  • 10+ years' experience delivering large scale ($5-10M) technical enterprise programs
  • Minimum of 5+ years of formal Consulting experience
  • End to end engagements
  • Experience leading a team of minimally 50 direct reports
  • Required Skills
    • Strong understanding of enterprise delivery methodologies for large ($5M+) programs
    • PMP, ScrumMaster and related certifications a plus
    • Salesforce experience. Salesforce certifications a plus but not required
    • Ability and experience in building teams

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
