Please review the following job description:

Service Mortgage Warehouse Lending (MWL) clients' deposit accounts by performing essential activities including account opening, client maintenance, and various administrative tasks. Initiate, review and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfers in accordance with bank regulations and established operating procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Deliver exceptional client service by answering telephone and electronic inquiries timely, accurately, professionally, and courteously. Maintain required performance standards in quality, promptness, and identification of client needs. Maintain and update internal procedures and guidelines for job functions. Open new accounts related to credit facilities per the client's request and maintain existing account relationships according to Client Due Diligence - Beneficial Ownership (CDD-BO) verification processes and MWL guidelines. Respond to client and non-client Demand Deposit Account (DDA) service inquiries. Research and resolve client service issues on a daily basis and respond professionally and courteously to internal and external client emails and inquiries promptly, taking ownership and ensuring satisfactory resolution or escalation to a manager. Establish and maintain account analysis groups for commercial lending facility accounts. Review analysis statements for accuracy; research and resolve any discrepancies. Implement relationship pricing and exceptions as determined by facility agreement. Monitor MWL deposit portfolio. Research Return Items and overdraft activity and obtain approvals as needed in accordance with policy and procedure. Execute and verify high value domestic payments for MWL clients within critical time constraints. Monitor status of outgoing wires for fundings on commercial lending facility for proper completion and obtain additional information to clear exceptions. Create and maintain accurate repeat wire templates for syndicated wires and others needed for commercial clients. Assist with client onboarding as it pertains to MWL Funds Management and provide backup as needed. Progressive responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: operational procedure review, participating in quality control testing of new data system applications and/or upgrades and changes, provide backup as needed for MWL Billing, Treasury Services support and assisting with various projects.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of banking experience and/or experience heavy in client service Effective interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with all levels of management, associates and clients and to rotate from one function to another under various levels of supervision Experience with corporate formation documents Ability to perform work in accordance with specific procedures, sometimes under pressure Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and individually Strong problem solving skills and ability to make independent decisions Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills Must be designated as "mission critical" employee on a rotating schedule within the department in the event of inclement weather or natural disaster Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
