This position is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Steward Health Care Workforce. POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Unit Coordinator, and the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Monitor Technician is responsible for the initiation, surveillance, and discontinuation of electro cardio graphic monitoring on the Telemetry Unit.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Successful completion of electro cardio graphic monitoring program or equivalent experience and training preferred.
• Reference Steward Certification Grid for all required Certifications.
