SAIC has an opportunity for a Mobility Team Manager to support the US Army Corps of Engineers Revolutionary IT Services (USACE RITS) program.

In this role, you will be managing mobility engineers, supporting MDM environment, managing ServiceNow incident queue, ensuring timeliness of migrations/projects and meeting operational demand to support our 15K and growing customer base.

Note, this position is 100% telework and must be CONUS.

Overview of Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage mobility engineers and workload
  • Mobility ServiceNow queue management
  • Resource management for mobility projects
  • Manage Enterprise MDM environment

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree with nine (9) years of experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Required Certification:

Must have a current Security+ Certification

Required Clearance:

Must have an active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required

Required Skills:

  • At least 2+ years working with MDM; more specifically, Windows Server Administration, App Management, Active Directory, Blackberry Dynamics, Infrastructure, Migration, Collaboration, External Integration, and Licensing
  • Extensive experience setting up policies and rules within an MDM environment to adhere to DoD STIG requirements
  • Experience using task management tools including but not limited to MS Teams, ServiceNow, or others with the ability to learn and support new technology concepts
  • Experience within the Device Management/Access control space, including deploying apps at scale
  • Ability to create, manage, and support our zero touch MDM enrollment and deployment road map
  • Ability to thrive and collaborate in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary work environment with MDM cloud solution experience, and multi-task between complex projects and operational requests
  • Experience troubleshooting iOS and/or Android mobile devices, writing technical solution articles, user documentation and training materials
  • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise and Volume Purchasing Program
  • Effective problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills, can see underlying or hidden problems; looks beyond the obvious to the essence of issues and / or tasks
  • Responsible for administering and maintaining user access and removal requests, manage permissions based on user roles and responsibilities
  • Customer escalation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint


Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
