We are looking for a talented Mobile Power Manager to join our team specializing in Strategy for our Power system Business Segment in Minneapolis, MN

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Leads a variety of the most complex business strategy projects that produce recommendations for addressing strategic opportunities for the business. Participates in multiple business strategy projects with direct leadership of significant work streams; projects may be within a business unit, across multiple business units, or involve the creation of a new business venture, such as a joint venture, equity alliance, acquisition, etc.
  • Designs and develops strategy through qualitative and quantitative analysis. Applies strategic frameworks to analyze opportunities and develop solutions; synthesizes environmental data, stakeholder analysis, and market force data as a part of the financial and business analysis necessary to develop insights and solutions to support strategic business decisions.
  • Works closely with the Business Segment Presidents and their staffs as well as key internal and external constituencies. Communicates complex strategy topics clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences through both written and oral communication. Actively participates in campus recruiting activities; conducts interviews on campus; interviews professional hires.
  • Maintains business partnerships by effectively leading internal and external partners, such as peers in other units, staff groups, senior management and outside suppliers, to accomplish organizational goals and to identify opportunities and resolve problems. Manages, coaches, and mentors others; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Education, Licenses, Certifications

Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree required

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.


Significant relevant work experience, including supervisory experience, required.

Strategy consulting experience preferred.
  • Act as chief of staff - sets agenda, fields requests and allocates time on behalf of the business leader.
  • Connect with PSBU Strategy Leader and team to integrate with broader initiatives where it is beneficial to Mobile Power value.
  • Contribute to 1, 3, and 5 years product plans and product roadmap in conjunction with marketing and technical leaders and teams.
  • Set the aim and lead the Mobile Power business's 5-10 years simulation process while working across Mobile Power team as well as various segments, coordinating with other regions, etc. Market size, market share, product investments, revenue expectations, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
