Work you'll do

Engage in strategy and transformation efforts at the heart of mission with senior client leaders in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, challenging environment. Work as a consultant to help define how mission should be done and how best to achieve it. Assess client operations and capabilities and make recommendations. Must be able to independently produce high-quality products (reports/presentations) for an executive audience.

The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to maintain the required security clearance for this role
• Experience with Strategy Development
• Solid understanding of Change and Communications Management
