The Middleware Infrastructure Technical Support Analyst is responsible for coordinating and/or performing day-to-day technical tasks for a project and is responsible for one complex client or multiple clients where complexity is based on the relationship with the client and/or the scope of services provided. Duties may span all Practice Areas involved (i.e., Design/Build/Run, Operations Architecture, System Administration, and other technical frameworks, etc.). The Technical Support Analyst will be an experienced member of the technology team who will be responsible for providing support for the technical infrastructure of the middleware solution across all production stacks and providing insight and recommendations to the project leadership. This position requires interaction with both other Accenture teams, offshore support teams and client teams.
