The selected candidate will be acting as the Business Site Regulatory Focal. Position Responsibilities:

• Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development
• Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed
• Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems. Participates with collaborators to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation
• Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability
• Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval
• Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to resolve compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management
• Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment
• Works under general direction

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• 3+ years of experience with wire bundle fabrication concepts, wire installation, electrical equipment installation, or installation of wiring provisions
• Ability to travel 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with Quality Assurance or Technical Inspection
• Experience in the application of AS9100
• Experience in GOLD ESP (Government On Line Database Enterprise Service Planning)
• Experience documenting corrective actions and non-conformance

Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
