We are a remote-first, global team, but provide the option of working in-office in San Francisco, New York City, Indianapolis, Sioux Falls, Porto, and Singapore.

As a Member of the Institutional Lending Infrastructure Team, you will be a part of the first federally chartered digital asset bank within Anchorage Digital and a small but mighty team responsible for the Anchorage Digital Financing business - helping customers generate yield through lending and borrowing assets for trading and operational needs.

As a Member of the Institutional Lending Team you will:

• Build tools in Python to automate and improve accounting, operational, and risk management processes
• Take part in strategic projects to scale our lending infrastructure, including developing loan structuring & origination processes, loan cash flow tracking, and monitoring for esoteric loan types.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Risk, Finance, Legal, CX, Compliance, Quant, and Trading in an effort to scale the lending business as a whole

You may be a fit for this role if:

• You have 1-3 years of experience in the financial services or cryptocurrency industries
• You have extensive experience using Python and can demonstrate high-level abilities during the interview process
• You're familiar with financial products and operational processes for booking and settlement
• You have experience with trading and/or loan settlement processes
• You're passionate about detail and operational excellence

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

• You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
