Working closely with the Marketplace Launch Manager & the Business Operations & Strategy Manager, your days will be spent focusing on the following areas to help drive our GTM strategy:
- Competitive research, trend analysis and reporting
- Launch team logistics management, scheduling and travel booking
- Managing launch budgets and finding cost efficiencies
- Keeping a pulse on launch market restaurant trends and market-specific events & opportunities
- Creating and updating sales materials
- Helping optimize the merchant sales pipeline
- Identifying gaps and suggesting opportunities to improve our launch strategy
Within 30 days, You’ll:
- Complete your ChowNow new hire onboarding (Ramp Camp) and learn the ins and outs of ChowNow and our products
- Shadow team members of various departments you will be working with for an in depth look into how each team plays their part
- Get used to our internal systems and tools
- Begin to establish your plans and processes for the role
- Familiarize yourself with our launch market strategy
Within 60 days, You’ll:
- Have a process built to prioritize your tasks
- Identify third-party research outlets and build reporting frameworks
- Understand how the delivery market is trending and the competition
- Have a good sense of how your role can contribute towards optimizing our launch strategy
Within 90 days, You’ll:
- Be one of the stakeholders for how Market launches are progressing
- Have implemented a number of major new initiatives and/or processes to help the team run more smoothly
- Be well known by your colleagues as the go-to person for organizational details pertaining to the market launch projects
- Be fully comfortable with our internal tools
- Be well on your way to becoming an in-house expert on the food delivery industry and its competitive landscape

- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Marketplace experience is a plus
