About this role

In this role, this candidate will not only be supporting in ad hoc operational support tasks but will also be focusing on building, improving and maintaining reports which provide insight into customer experiences and our team's functional performance. This candidate will also be a core member of the Integrations Support function by supporting our Integrating brands and partnering closely with our Product, Engineering, Sales and Success teams to support our growing brand network and help scale the Faire integration solution. 

In this role, they will combine their organizational, technical and communications skills to build operational process and content expertise through supporting a combination of operational analysis across catalog management, onboarding and marketplace success. They will partner closely with our Operations Specialists, Brand Sales and Brand Success teams to support our growing brand network and help scale the Faire Marketplace Operations solution.

What you’ll do 

  • Build, improve and maintain SQL reports. Identify the tools to optimize workflows for increased scalability and efficiency.
  • Run regular audits to ensure content quality and the service brands provide to retailers remain high (especially around onboarding and vendor/team functional performance).
  • Guide cross-functional strategy to improve operational efficiency by partnering with Operations, Brand Sales and Success teams to analyze and monitor brand behavior data.
  • Jump into the tools and customer service as needed (an ideal candidate will be actively engaged in our customer outreach, product details, and outcomes).
  • Be the subject matter expert for customer integration management and develop detailed integration-related processes, FAQs and training guides
  • Plan, manage and coordinate customer integration requests, working with internal and external stakeholders as needed. 
  • Advise and educate Brands and our Sales team on Faire’s developer platform, share developer updates, and offer some technical solutions and feedback to Integration questions. 
  • Own and streamline vendor financial reconciliation and auditing on a monthly basis. Communicate effectively with Ops leaders for any major flags or outliers.

Qualifications

  • You have 2-3+ years of experience either in Operations/Account Management/Data Operations
  • You have stakeholder presence and are able to quickly earn trust and respect 
  • Be a core member of the Integrations Support team, helping to build and scale the function by iterating on existing processes
  • Support the broader Marketplace Ops function through improving Systems & Dashboard management 
  • You are data-savvy. You can measure the performance of your brands and understand levers to improve the customer experience
  • You are a team player and are resilient in the face of challenges, ambiguity, change
  • You are excited to join and can operate in a fast-growth, high-potential environment

  • Experience with Excel and managing large data sets is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience in dual-sided marketplace and/or high-growth startups
  • Knowledge of SQL
