We are looking for a Market Coordinator to join our Property Management business who can work in a holistic manner across multiple resident arenas to find resolve and deliver strong customer service. You will project manage and problem solve tenant, property owner and third party inquiries while collaborating with the larger Property Management team.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support every aspect of the property management lifecycle within Local Operations 
  • Work cross-functionally with various internal teams & external customers to resolve issues including, but not limited to: Owner escalations, resident escalations, violations, inspections, churns, and other related topics 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, residents, and third-party customers 
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous manner and take responsibility for resolving customer concerns 
  • Perform additional duties and tasks on an as-needed basis as determined by the Property Managers & Director, Property Management 
  • Abide by all local, state and federal laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and additional regulations concerning real estate or leased assets.

What You Bring With You

  • High school degree or GED is required 
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service (property management experience preferred)
