To help continue our explosive expansion, we are seeking a Managing Director, Enterprise Growth who will be responsible for fostering new Babylon 360 relationships with large employer groups. Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, Enterprise Growth, this individual will be a face of Babylon to companies with more than 10,000 employees. This is an opportunity to contribute immediately, have a voice that's recognized across a growing enterprise, and make decisions that will have impact on Babylon and our mission.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
  • Build relationships with employer groups with over 10,000 employees nationally, both directly and in partnership with their consultant advisors.
  • Embody a sense of urgency and employ an entrepreneurial spirit. Passionately represent Babylon's mission to re-engineer healthcare and communicate our new model of value based integrated care.
  • Leverage deep professional knowledge of benefits and human capital industries to understand the strategic "big picture" opportunities facing employers.
  • Drive growth and strategic partnerships within specific markets through the support and development of a high-performance sales organization.
  • Develop sales and prospect pursuit plans, including prospecting and establishment of new client relationships within assigned markets.
  • Coordinate routinely with Benefits Consultants as Babylon continues to deepen its footprint in large scale organizations.
  • Forecast deal flow, architect and negotiate deals and partnerships.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Results-Driven
  • Balances the long-term view with focus on driving semi-annual and annual revenue results.
  • Technically sound
  • Possesses broad and deep knowledge of the healthcare industry including trends, markets, care delivery innovations, competitors, financing, regulation, and risk management.
  • 10+ years of total sales related experience with 5 years of experience successfully selling directly to Enterprise Employer accounts (>10,000 global employees) in a highly consultative environment.
  • Experience selling into the HR/Benefits space within the health and wellness industry. Experience with AI powered solutions and/or digital health preferred. Knowledge of Value Based Care is advantageous.
  • Experience consistently securing multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • The ability to navigate relationships with clients and prospects with multiple influencers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical reasoning, creativity and conceptual thinking to operate in strategic settings as well as more tactical environments.
  • A consultative approach to building and maintaining strong internal and external networks.

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Babylon's work-life balance is pretty solid for the tech space. There’s still a startup vibe with fast company growth and fast-paced development, so there are sometimes late nights or long weeks, but extra effort doesn’t go unacknowledged. We’re encouraged to take time to recharge and have a new “unlimited” vacation policy to support that.
