As a Manager/Senior Manager-Partner Deployment within NSO, the successful candidate will provide needed overviews to AXP NSO network products, capabilities and policies to external and internal customers. They provide strategic deployment planning that will help partners benefit from our product suite to grow their business!

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategize, lead and supervise product deployment global and regional plans.
  • Educate and enable the network partners teams to understand the value of our products, selling those benefits
  • Map out and understand our customers needs, channeling these key insights into our organization's strategic plans.
  • Provide technological subject matter expertise to support our network products expansion plans.
  • Lead all aspects of and sometimes run the delivery process


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of payment / card industry technology
  • Proven project management, influencing & management skills - record of driving results through others and drive decisions across teams and organization
  • Overall intellectual curiosity and strong ability to solve problems
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret trends and assist in the ability to research and resolve issues.
  • Flexibility and resilience to operate within a fast paced and multifaceted environment
  • Strong focus on excellent customer service to both internal and external customers alike.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and to lead taking them forward.
  • Effective time management when faced with conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to get results through clear communication, collaboration, and adherence to targets
  • High degree of personal accountability, initiative and will to win
