• Mentor the Scholars and prepare them for the Road ahead• Plan detailed OJT phase activities for each fresher with delivery managers with the objective of making them billable at the earliest• Identify gaps vs billing requirement and plan additional trainings if required• Work with WPC for effective tracking of demand and supply of the freshers• Facilitate change in course contents based on feedback from the delivery SPOCs1. Must be a SME in a specific vanilla technology (ex: C,C++,Java) 2. Stakeholder management 3. Project management 4. Preferable if the candidate has experience of being a mentor or buddy to several freshers previously (1.)
