Our location in Plymouth, MN., currently has an opportunity for a Supply Optimization Manager. The position is responsible for maximizing product availability while optimizing inventory over the long term planning horizon. Position will influence members of the finance, R&D, marketing, customer service, and other members of supply chain enterprise to create strategies for network optimization and inventory. Manages supply risks and uncertainty and plans mitigations to respond to dynamic business conditions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Compliance: Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures & contracts.

Strategy: Collaborate with business franchises to identify and document key assumptions that could impact the supply network and develop strategies for efficient response to changes.

Performance: Acts as a organizational SME and provides guidance and direction to teammates to ensure consistent execution to and escalation of deviations from, agreed strategies.

Financial: Accurate projection and reduction of Distressed Inventory (Excess & Obsolescence). Develops plans for Plan, LBE and LRP packages.

Service: Maximizing customer experience through product availability. Ensures supply network optimization and flow of signals from customer to manufacturing are maintained to achieve overall business goals.

Inventory: Reduction of SH inventory to reduce capital, and distressed Inventory impact on the SH P&L.

Analysis: Develops tools to test the cost, flexibility and efficiency of the network.

Manages new product launch supply expectations to ensure market success.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required

• Bachelors Degree - Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• Excellent leadership, problem solving, negotiating, and general "people skills"
• Excellent written and oral communications skills with particular attention to detail.

• Experience utilizing SAP ERP system, strong Excel and Power BI background

Preferred

• Masters' degree
• Supply Chain and Project Management certifications preferred
