Your Impact on our Mission
Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As the Strategic Relationships Manager you will lead the tracking, nurturing and leveraging of our most important Healthcare Executive relationships. These relationships include Health Systems, Payors, new healthcare technology ventures, venture capitalists and more. You will be the single point of contact to centralize knowledge, build infrastructure to measure results and drive a strategy of ongoing personal engagement as well as in person meetings day-to-day, at conferences and beyond. You will work closely everyday with Zocdoc senior leaders.

Your day to day is…
- Growing and nurturing healthcare executive relationships to enable stronger new business pipelines and strengthen existing accounts
- Defining an approach for keeping data on exec contacts and their history. Begin to centralize this information
- Building and maintaining the infrastructure for tracking, measuring and improving our relationships and interactions
- Creating a first pass engagement strategy covering virtual (email) and in person (conference) engagements
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- Interest in building and maintaining executive relationships to enable stronger new business pipelines and strengthen existing accounts
- Meaningful 5-7 years of experience in client-facing roles in the healthcare industry
- Passion for detail orientation and understanding of its importance
- Proven strength in written and verbal skills
- Superb stakeholder management! You believe in keeping all of your stakeholders in the loop and know that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success
- Humility. You believe in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure

Return to Office
The safety and health of our team members is our top priority. As local case numbers and regulations allow, our NYC office will be accessible to all fully vaccinated employees five days a week, though working in-office remains completely voluntary; everyone is invited but nobody is required to work in the office.
