The Enterprise Loyalty Analytics team is responsible for the identification, prevention, and recovery of financial losses. The incumbent will collaborate with a high performing team responsible for the end-to-end Risk Management strategies ensuring solutions are in place to balance loss reduction and customer experience. The incumbent will:

Responsibilities:

  • Devise strategies to uncover and mitigate emerging risk trends
  • Manage, uplift and lead development of existing and new capabilities to facilitate risk management solutions
  • Lead data strategy initiatives and derive insights, provide thought leadership into key findings and actionable recommendations to influence business decisions
  • Collaborate with wide variety of business partners to meet deliverables
  • Monitor the impact of risk management controls and develop strategies to ensure a positive customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, assess critical business needs, and identify solutions
  • Experience with data management, architecture, and design
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical, process mapping and issue resolution skills
  • SQL / Hive experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills to articulate risk management concerns and insights
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven individual with proactive approach to learning, identifying emerging industry trends, and generating innovative solutions
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives
  • Previous experience in risk management a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, analytical, or engineering discipline or equivalent experience required.
