Overview
This position will be responsible for the development and monitoring of all outbound communications to our loan servicing portfolio. They will be the primary point of contact with our print vendor(s). They will oversee the monitoring of all vendors for loan servicing including the monitoring of SLAs, contract negotiation, billing validation, and vendor implementation process.
Job Description

  • Development, implementation, execution and monitoring of all outbound loan servicing communications including letters, email, web messages and statements.
  • Monitor all SLAs surrounding outbound print by our print vendors.
  • Perform analysis to determine appropriate delivery mechanism for the different messages required for our customers taking into account all federal, state and investor requirements.
  • Oversee RFP process for new vendor relationships as well as contract renewals.
  • Monitor all contract SLAs
  • Review and approve all vendor payments to insure they are in compliance with all contractual terms.
  • Manage all contract updates as well as obtain all annual certification documentation and provide to appropriate agency when necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
  • Good command of contract negotiation process/practices
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Commercial Print experience a plus
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
