The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing platform support operations for Multifamily Capital Markets in the US. This role will ensure that administrative and operational functions are provided in an efficient and effective manner. The Operations Manager will work closely with Leadership, Operations and fee-earners in the US to provide support and implement strategic initiatives.
Job Description
• Work alongside US Multifamily Capital Markets leadership to aid the multifamily platform's operations and spearhead administrative efforts.• Creatively solve problems to ensure the Multifamily Capital Markets Platform operates in an efficient and effective manager• Collaborate with counterparts in other product types, service lines, and markets to learn and utilize best operational practices• Evaluate and document innovative service delivery options and share insights across markets• Support sales and transactions by tracking new business development pitches and outcomes• Establish and monitor appropriate checks and balances to ensure high level of quality in operations to ensure deliverables exceed internal/external client's goals/expectations• Solicit input from leadership, fee-earners and market leads regarding recent wins, pipeline activity, anticipated recruiting and attrition, capital spend, etc.• Ensure CRM system is updated regularly and within compliance• Help track the short- and long-term business and analytical strategies to support the growth of the multifamily platform• Help ensure compliance of full utilization of Cushman & Wakefield tools and resources• Support Multifamily Capital Markets leadership with onboarding, performance management, employee coaching, and policy adherence in conjunction with Human Resources• Process and code invoices for payment, submit and track requests for authorization of payment• Maintain platform files-electronic and hard copy files• Support internal/external client events and conferences across markets• Perform other related duties as required or requested

Qualifications and Education Requirements• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate or related field• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience• 1+ years of Multifamily experience• Experience in project and process management• Proven ability in conflict resolution• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel and PowerPoint required)• Ability to plan, organize, and manage processes• Professional demeanor and appearance with ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion
