Job Description: Manager, Operations Initiatives

Reports to: SVP, Market Operations

Job Code: 4080

Overview:

The Initiatives Manager role is integral to success of the region/department/account. The Initiatives Manager works closely with the senior leadership team and leads key strategic initiatives across all disciplines, maintains data and provides analysis and reporting related to key performance indicators, develops high impact presentations, develops and manages communications, and oversees planning for events, team meetings and client visits.

Responsibilities:

Project & Program Leadership & Management

  • Lead the Best Practice Program, fostering creative thought and coaching in presentation development.
  • Program Manage Cost Savings efforts, including researching new opportunities for cost savings through the utilization of various tools to drive results.
  • Create & manage market operation information to drive improvements
  • Support the Senior Leaders with development and management of Market Strategy.
  • Participate on various project teams including the Markets efforts around Culture: developing new processes or tools, finding better ways to communicate information, etc.

Analytics & Presentations

  • Maintain various data sources and develop executive summaries to drive results and decision making, including the Integrated Planning Model and Operating Reviews.
  • Assist in gathering data, responding to questions and preparing reports for executive clients. This includes: win tracker, tools promoter, metrics creative, productivity advisor, trends analysis/research
  • Develop high quality, compelling PowerPoint presentations and Excel analysis.
  • Provide analytical support to transform market operation behaviors and techniques

Communications

  • Manage the Regional SharePoint and Yammer sites.
  • Coordinate the Market Communication Programs, including Market updates and ad hoc communications.
  • Proactive VIP list owner and sponsorship tracker/promoter

Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Organize meetings and events in support of the Senior Leadership team, including client visits, team recognition events and All Hands meetings.

Executive Support

  • Executive support (travel, expense, meeting logistics) to Market Director and SVP, Ops


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in business, marketing or a field related to real estate highly preferred, but not required.
  • 7 years of relevant professional experience and at least 2 years' experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships to get things done.
  • Software Tools: SharePoint, Excel, Power Point
  • Detail oriented, organized, flexible, and willing to assume new projects
  • Ability to coordinate special projects and programs
  • Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service
  • Ability to communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner (verbal and written)
