Job Overview

An excellent Guest Experience at Popeyes is the key to ensuring continued brand success. With Guests leaving more feedback than ever, and many new data points available, it’s imperative that we focus on everything our Guests are telling us in order to identify opportunities to improve and enhance their Guest Experience when they interact with our brand and restaurants.

The Operations Analytics team measures and analyzes the Guest Experience through a variety of restaurant and team performance metrics to identify opportunities to continue improving the Guest Experience for every Guest, every day.


What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze operations performance: Operations performance centers around Guest Experience metrics and team performance metrics, including but not limited to Guest Satisfaction, Speed of Service times, Training completions, Brand audit visits and Restaurant & Franchisee Scorecard scores. The Operations Analytics Manager is responsible for analyzing national performance across all metrics and deep diving into trends, both proactively and reactively.
  • Develop dashboards, reports and tools to measure performance: Operations metrics are measured, reviewed, and actioned by various stakeholders across Popeyes business teams such as: Operations, Finance, Marketing, Field members such as Regional Managers, Franchise Business Partners and Operations Partners. The Operations Analytics Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports and tools which will enable each user to effectively analyze their operational performance and derive data driven actions for improving the Guest Experience.
  • Develop brand operations strategies: The Operations Analytics Manager should use the insights gained from national performance to identify key areas of opportunity for Popeyes, utilizing root cause analysis and problem-solving methodology.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: The Operations Analytics Manager will work with the director of operations analytics and key stakeholders cross functionally in Equipment, Training, Brand Standards, Technology, Marketing and Digital, sharing insights to develop strategies which may be driven by improved equipment and technology, in-restaurant processes, or updated training content.
  • Analyze operations data: Ensuring data quality is key to ensuring trust in the data and insights. The Operations Analytics Manager is the day-to-day point of contact with the data team at RBI, ensuring the quality of the inbound data from our various data sources.
  • Manage Operations Analytics data & insights strategy: Managing the Guest Experience is a constantly evolving space, and as our strategy expands to intake additional sources of feedback and data, the Operations Analytics Manager will manage the ongoing requests with the cross functional data and analytics teams.

 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Statistics or Marketing
  • 3+ years of proven ability in an analytical role such as operations, marketing, or financial analytics
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving ability with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in SQL for data management and analysis
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau) and Snowflake
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to tailor communication to all levels of the organization
  • Commitment to timelines, accuracy and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and manager priorities in a fast-paced environment
