What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with a blend of cross-functional operating experience and sophisticated strategic perspective who can effectively oversee various day-to-day workstreams for M1’s Growth & M1 Plus business unit while also acting as a key contributor to the big picture strategic management of the business. The Growth & M1 Plus division is focused on driving holistic client engagement & utilization, including growing and managing our M1 Plus membership program. This role reports directly to the GM of Growth & M1 Plus and is an amazing leadership development opportunity for candidates interested in showcasing their operating skills, breadth of knowledge and those with interest in the GM career track.
What you’ll do
- Serve as a key member of the Growth & M1 Plus leadership team, helping define, drive and own select key initiatives
- Work closely and effectively with the leads of each of the shared business units supporting Growth & M1 Plus (Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Analytics) to provide effective day to day cross-functional coordination and ensure results are consistent with the overall strategy and OKRs for the business
- Help monitor KPIs, drive revenue goals, and manage the cost structure of the Growth & M1 Plus business unit
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Fintech & personal finance industry trends
- Past experience in an operating or strategy role at a technology or financial services company, or as a consultant with relevant industry exposure & knowledge
- Background in loyalty programs and/or driving product-led growth in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer-focused tech company (Fintech industry experience preferred)
- Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives with a strong bias for action
