About the job
Twilio is growing rapidly and is seeking a Global Mobility Manager to be a key resource in supporting our talent mobility strategy. Reporting to the Director, Global Mobility, this individual contributor role will have primary oversight of our U.S. immigration program, and will assist in managing international transfers and new hires. You’ll also contribute to building and executing upon our strategy.
Responsibilities
- Strategic management of our immigration supplier partner for NAMER, and involvement in the management of other key suppliers, ensuring achievement of service level agreements
- Oversight of our annual H-1B cap process
- Ensure U.S. and Canada company sponsored visa compliance
- Support maintenance and implementation of policy best practices
- Build and manage thoughtful and scalable immigration and relocation processes
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Ops, managers and Twilions
- Create resources for internal stakeholders and provide education on immigration and relocation matters
- Assist in managing relocation cases inbound to NAMER
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5 + years of global mobility experience (experience with a multinational organization preferred)
- Strong understanding of all employment based U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant visas
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with experience handling critical matters with tact, including confidence to manage relationships at varying levels of seniority
- Creative problem solver using data driven decision making
- Resourceful, self-starter able to excel in a face paced, flexible environment, and able to move quickly while maintaining accuracy and data integrity
- Project management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Google Suite preferred
Location
This role will be U.S. remote.
No travel requirements.

- The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $99,360.00-$124,200.00
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
