Responsibilities:

The Facets Business Support Manager provides leadership in the creation, assimilation, maintenance and conveyance of business and technical information throughout the Configuration department.

  • This department will serve as the primary owner of Configuration Benefit Grid information, Scope and requirements documentation that drives Facets Configuration as well as all departmental policies, procedures, processes, documentation and the Configuration Department SharePoint site.
  • Create and strengthening existing departmental processes through formal documentation, communication, and the development and administration of Configuration Training Modules.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Third Party applications including, but not limited to, Rate Manager, VBB, CES, CMU and stored procedure reference data.
  • Ensure all business and technical information is organized and disseminated in a manner that allows for maximum ease of use, comprehension, and usability by interfacing with dept. managers and staff to ensure the most efficient operation and end user satisfaction.
  • Identifies and leads efforts for business process improvements while building consensus among primary users.
  • Ensures adherence to a consistent process for the review and maintenance of all documentation and SharePoint site content.
  • Responsibilities include management of appropriate resources, resource planning and utilization. Manager will interview, hire, manage and evaluate staff in performance of assigned duties ensuring effective and efficient job performance.


Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • One to three (1 - 3) years SharePoint experience preferred.
  • Leadership of others preferred.
  • Three to five (3 - 5) years Facets Configuration experience preferred.
  • Health care experience required.
  • Five to ten (5 - 10) years Technical Writing required.


Other Skills:

  • Information design/architecture experience. Training material development experience.
  • Must have expert skills utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
  • Microsoft Access, reporting and updating FACETS data or equivalent relational database application experience.
