Job Summary
The Manager, Enterprise Client Accounts will be a Strong People Leader responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and processes for the Enterprise Client Account Specialist team, which supports customer invoicing needs within Comcast. Monitor and manage capacity and onboarding/offboarding of team for permanent and temporary support of Enterprise accounts. Provide day-to-day support for the team and act as the escalation point for internal and external account issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to minimize customer-facing invoicing errors, solve for gaps, and improve turnaround time in resolving invoicing errors both proactively and reactively.
Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Works with various managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for manpower and/or other resource requirements.
  • Manages projects of major importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays and making required adjustments.
  • Determines overall staffing requirements relating to corporate projects. Conducts interviews, hires and trains new employees for specific project assignments.
  • Directs project teams in the development and implementation of project plans.
  • Negotiates, administers and monitors contracts.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree
