Manager, Delivery Partner Activation
The Manager of Delivery Partner Activation will join as a key member of our delivery operations team to take ownership of our Delivery Partner onboarding and conversion funnels. Delivery Partners are a crucial piece of Gopuff's story and play an extremely valuable role as our key connection point to the end customer. Delivery Partners deliver the magical experience that is Gopuff to customers across the US and our team is proud to build the operations, process, technology, support and overall infrastructure that allows them to be successful. We are a centralized team managing everything from new Delivery Partner growth through pay and incentive models, compliance, customer service, communications and anything else that touches on the Delivery Partner experience.
Together we will build a delivery partner growth engine that can support Gopuff's rapid geographic expansion as the industry leader in instant everyday needs.

Qualifications
- Experience in a similar funnel optimization role requiring document collection, background checks, and delivery partner education.
- Data and experiment driven. You religiously track and A/B test everything and can distill learnings into action plans to reduce funnel lag and increase conversion.
- Visionary thinking. Help define what products and tools we need to build and what our funnel can look like in the future. Optimize today while building something better for tomorrow.
- Strong EQ. Understand and connect with the delivery partners going through this process. What do they want and how can we deliver that to them.
- Creative problem solving. Out of the box thinking to not just copy industry standards but re-invent the delivery partner onboarding process for the gig economy.
- Strong presentation skills, able to synthesize complex datasets and topics into actionable insights. Ability to generate buy in from stakeholders.
- Extremely organized with superb attention to detail. You're able to simultaneously manage multiple funnels, experiments, requirements and processes without missing a beat.
Responsibilities
- In this role you will report to the Senior Manager of Delivery Partner Growth and will completely own our delivery partner funnels. You'll work to take top of funnel leads acquired through marketing and efficiently convert them into delivery partners ready to take their first order on Gopuff. This includes the sequencing of funnel stages, how we collect necessary information and documents, and various compliance and educational requirements. You will work to create a consistent value proposition for delivery partners and a clear path to get there. You'll design the communications drivers receive through each phase of the funnel, the incentives they receive for completing the funnel and the hands on touch points delivery partners need to get on the road. You will build the dashboards and analytics to support everything you do and have a keen eye for process redesign, bottlenecks and friction points we can remove. You'll work closely with our acquisition and onboarding managers to ensure a consistent delivery partner experience as well as cross functionally with product, comms, legal, compliance and analytics teams to help build the best driver funnel across the gig economy.
Skills
- Process master - able to diagnose bottlenecks and throughout constraints with plans to solve.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Looker/Tableau and strong proficiency with excel/google sheets required. SQL experience is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit with relentlessly high standards and high attention to detail.
- Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams from Product to Ops to Finance.
- Data driven - you like to solve problems using data to support creative decisions.
- Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes.
- Resourceful - is able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, must be able to prioritize various activities.
- Welcomes constructive feedback and uses it to grow.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
