Reporting to the Director of Project Management you will manage Customer Order Management system applications. Main responsibility of this role is supporting the SAP S4 implementation as part of ConAgra Brands business transformation initiative. Drive the future vision, innovation and ongoing system support for Customer Order Management. Be the Center of Excellence to drive continuous improvement and enable cost reduction capabilities. Guide standardization and efficiencies across main applications. You will be the liaison for Customer Order Management, leading supply chain-based system implementations, creating standard operating procedures to ensure all requirements are met across the COM space. Define and analyzing metrics, implementing cost control measures, and performing audits to provide the required level of customer service and budgeted cost performance.
You Will:

  • Work with business process owners to analyze, design, and implement systematic processes and process improvements
  • Leadership and development of people toward organization and personal success
  • Document functional requirements for configuration and development
  • Develop Strategic and Tactical plans with resource management
  • Collaborate with technical resources to ensure delivery of development solutions
  • Execute implementation of system configuration solutions
  • Support all aspects of system testing
  • Participate in problem management process including on-call rotation and root cause analysis during implementation/stabilization
  • Manage Customer EDI rollout/testing
  • Provide team guidance and training
  • Summarize issues and communicate recommendations to leadership
  • Escalation contact for internal and external customers

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or other relevant disciplines and 7 years + of business-related experience supporting Customer Order Management or other areas of the Supply Chain
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods industry
  • Experience with SAP and applications that support Customer Order Management
  • Winshuttle; EDI
  • Written and verbal communication skills for technical, functional, and leadership audiences
  • Challenge status quo and act as a change champion
  • Challenge noncompliance to business rules
