As a member of the Compliance, Governance, IT, and Security team, the Manager of Compliance, Governance, IT and Security will be responsible for the planning, managing, and supporting the IT infrastructure (network, security, and computer) as well as managing the support team.

Responsibilities
Why This Role?

  • You will report to and partner with the VP of Compliance, Governance, IT and CISO to build out a roadmap and associated budget for the hardware, device, and network infrastructure needs of mPulse
  • You have a passion for supporting users with their technology needs and want to lead and build a team of IT and Security professionals
  • You enjoy building and supporting the IT and Security infrastructure (security, hardware, software, devices, networks, etc.) to optimize business continuity, access, and backups

Requirements

  • Ability and knowledge to obtain additional, ongoing training to constantly keep current on new developments in the field.
  • Direct and be accountable for change management
  • Identify core problems or opportunities within business processes. Understand the root cause and impacts for the project and other teams. Communicate and collaborate with the right people to implement timely solutions.
  • Work with customers and understand customer requirements. Translate customer requirements into business requirements
  • Research emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for integration

Minimum requirements

  • 4+ years of IT infrastructure experience and 2+ years experience leading a team
  • Bachelor s degree and/or equivalent relevant years of experience
  • The ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication, and documentation skills
  • The ability to manage and complete small and large projects
  • Experience working with and managing IT and Security infrastructure related vendors and service providers
  • Knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) requirement.
  • Basic knowledge of CCPA requirements
  • Basic knowledge of HIPAA requirements
  • Working knowledge of network systems and personal computers.
  • Working knowledge of network software.
