Job Overview:

A Manager for Client Technology Services is responsible for leading the day-to-day customer care activities of CTM, the execution of team's portfolio's objectives, and accountable for staff development and engagement initiatives. Customer Care activities include inbound and outbound calls, customer account creation, activation, and ongoing maintenance and support for roughly 60+ products and services available through LPL Financial.

Responsibilities:

Providing our clients with timely, correct, and relevant access and information, when and where they need it so that in turn, they can help their clients achieve their own financial dreams by:

  • Motivating your team members in a manner consistent with LPL Financials values.
  • Crafting a development plan filled with tasks and deliverables that align with the employees growth strategy
  • Meet department KPIs to ensure our client expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • Ability to plan for short and long term objectives while taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of their team, the resources available, and market drivers.
  • Possess organizational skills to demonstrate that you can efficiently delegate tasks to get results and juggle multiple priorities
  • Skilled communicator with the capability to give instructions, be an active listener, and persuade and influence others.



Preferences:

  • 5 years of financial services industry experience
  • 3+ years leading and developing others
  • Minimum Series 99 recommended
