Workrise is hiring a Manager, Client Success that will be responsible for building and leading a team responsible for overall client satisfaction and long-term business relationships between Workrise and our Oil and Gas customer base. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has a demonstrated ability to lead and develop best-in-class customer success teams, drive process standardization and innovation, and thrive in an invigorating, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Recruit, lead, and develop a diverse team of 3-5 client success professionals
- Lead day-to-day operations to deliver on targets, goals, and strategic projects
- Serve as a point of escalation for critical customer issues and drive cross functional resource coordination to resolve customer issues
- Leverage metrics and data to continuously drive operational efficiency, process improvement and quality of execution
- Collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders within Sales, Operations, and Product to maximize client satisfaction, account health, and retention
- Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver on a best-in-class client experience
What you should have:
- 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams within a customer success organization
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and performance manage individual contributors toward sustained levels of increased performance
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in order to achieve business objectives
- Experience leveraging quantitative inputs and qualitative observations to drive individual and team performance and identify process improvement opportunities
- Experience leading through change management initiatives in a high growth environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Zendesk a plus
