Manager, Client Services

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Department: Global Client Services

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Mon-Fri 8:15AM-5:00 PM; Essential Personnel

How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

As the Manager, Client Services you will manage and ensure overall effectiveness and productivity of the Client Services department. You will ensure operational excellence for the Client Services Department and establish department goals in alignment with company strategic importance.

What you'll do:
  • Provides oversight to assigned team by supervising, guiding, and directing employees to be effective team members
  • Ensures that everyone is equipped with the appropriate skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties. Uses the established people processes (performance, development, succession, and career) to ensure that their team's level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
  • Establishes goals in alignment with company business objectives
  • Utilizes continuous improvement strategies using LEAN and other methods, in collaborating with stakeholders to identify, define and execute process improvement projects
  • Identifies errors and creates solutions that increase the accuracy, efficiency, service, productivity, and customer experience for our clients
  • Manages, develops, and implements department training program for all new and existing staff

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree (Healthcare Administration, Allied Health, Life Sciences, or Business) Preferred
  • 3 years call center experience with demonstrated career progression such as team lead, supervisor
  • 5 years experience in a leadership role managing direct reports

These would be nice too (Knowledge Skills and Abilities):
