What you will be doing includes:• Managing the development, integration and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee engagement, adoption and usage of tools and resources• Managing execution of assigned change management activities to drive faster adoption and lasting change• Managing and monitoring change adoption by identifying success metrics and developing ways to measure against those metrics• Evaluating stakeholder and user readiness, desired project results, potential resistance, and performance gaps to facilitate change from 'current state' to 'desired state'• Supporting change impact assessments, develop tailored readiness strategies, and execute with a high degree of partnership across teams• Serving as an advocate for change and ensure alignment with Altria's change management strategy in ways that support a cohesive employee experience for change initiatives

We want you to have:• 5+ years' experience in a role with change management responsibilities• Bachelor's degree Organizational Change Management, Behavior Economics, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or a related field preferred• Experience as a project manager and familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases• Knowledge and successful implementation of change management principles, methodologies and tools• Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment with business partners / stakeholders across different levels and areas of responsibility• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences• Experience in mentoring and providing feedback across all levels of leadership• Demonstrate adaptability to handle uncertainty and ambiguous situations• Experience with large scale change is preferred• PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred
