Manager, Central Ops Processing - Worker Operations

Workrise is hiring a Manager, Central Ops Processing that will be responsible for leading our team that onboards and qualifies our SEO leads for Workrise’s labor Marketplace. This operational leader will manage a team of centralized processors that will focus on identifying high quality workers and will be passed on to our nationwide branch locations.
Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who will obsess about how we operationalize onboarding with the goal of using technology to increase scale, is KPI motivated, and will cross-functionally collaborate with product operations and other internal teams. Success will be measured by your ability to improve the throughput, quickly identify quality workers, and efficiently pass along workers to all our branch locations. The org you will manage is made up of 5 team leads that have individual contributors focused on acquisition at the trade level (e.g., welding, electricians)
The Manager, Central Ops Processing will report into the Senior Manager, New Supply within the Marketplace team
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategizing, executing, and refining our intake process
- Establishing new operating models to achieve scale.
- Launching new markets, spearheading go-to-market efforts, and driving results across stakeholders.
- Studying worker behavior and product analytics to iterate on strategy.
- Conducting hypothesis tests and leading new growth streams from concept to fully operational.
What you should have:
- A deep desire to empower the skilled trades workforce.
- Have developed and managed high performing teams.
- Minimum of 5 years working in inside sales, recruitment, customer success, or high call volume center.
- Bachelor degree or higher education equivalent.
- Technical experience preferred across data transformation and analysis, and/or advanced excel / g-suite capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and leverage data to drive solutions.
- A propensity to take bold bets, and more importantly: the willingness to fail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to go from zero to one.
