Job description

Job Overview

Provides expertise and systems support in enhancing business systems to provide new or enhanced products to clients or effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools to internal functions.

Essential Functions• Work with stakeholder to prioritize business and information needs• Acquire data by using complex SQL queries• Participating in data architecture and decision-making to support healthcare analytics• Create Complex Information Links to pull the data from multiple data sources.• Investigating data visualization and summarization techniques for conveying key findings

Will lead a team of 5 functional resources and should be comfortable in client-facing situations• Interpreting mock-ups and providing feedback for betterment• Slicing and dicing data using hierarchy nodes• Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reports and build the visualization• Participating in requirements discussions with clients/client facing units• Leading a team of resources to fulfil the objectivity of client requirements• Writing functions to integrate and enable the data for reporting

Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience required• Five (5) years systems analysis experience required• Good documentation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills• Prioritizing the requirements with an ability to do multi-tasking under tight and conflicting deadlines• Writing SQL Queries on various databases• Ability to translate the business requirements into technology deliverables• Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills to work with US based teams• Experience in Analysis, Design and Development in the field of Database and implementation of Business Intelligence applications• Knowledge in data warehousing• Demonstrated ability to understand client

requirements as well as underlying infrastructure

applications, systems and processes to enable

execution of those skills.
