Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$85,400.00 - $140,800.00

What Is the Opportunity?

This position is the primary point of accountability to Business partners and other parties for the management and implementation of small to medium sized Projects and/or small Programs that support achievement of simple to moderately complex unit or corporate goals. Plans at an operational level. Manages the effective use of resources to provide access and provisioning services that optimally balance speed, agility, and flexibility with security, compliance, and protection. Manages to the operational plan for assigned Access Management projects. Leads assigned staff to implement access improvements. Responsibilities are assigned with some latitude for setting priorities and decision-making using established policies and procedures. Responsible for all aspects of human resource management of staff. Collaborates with Enterprise partners including Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, Security Engineering, and Architecture along with the division's technical and business areas to implement access management capabilities.

What Will You Do?

Primary Duties:

  • Responsible for operational access management support inclusive of access provisioning, compliance, certification, and audit
  • Manage team direction and the day-to-day work of direct reports.
  • Engage on escalated access requests, issues, and demands to remove blockers and lead outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with access requesting areas to ensure team alignment with service consumer needs
  • Partner with Enterprise Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, Security Engineering, and Architecture areas to help implement access management capabilities, controls, and solutions.
  • Serve as an extension of the Enterprise IAM team in the implementation of access management practices.
  • Provides key stakeholders and leadership with timely operational status updates.
  • Provides input to operational planning.
  • Designs, develops, and builds new Access Management processes.
  • Provide performance feedback and coaching and complete formal performance reviews.
  • Participate in and/or lead access capability improvements initiatives
  • Identify access management needs, strategies, and roadmaps and help the organization to implement transformative improvements.
  • Controls planning and execution of the Projects activities and resources to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are met.
  • Works with moderate supervision and is responsible for applying Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to Project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology with flexibility to merge different methodologies in accomplishing collective goals.
  • Manages team development, actively mentors members of the PM community.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Preferred Qualifications

  • General:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5 years of project management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing others and/or project teams preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Change Management/Planning and Project Management:
  • Develops operational plans and provides resource estimation for task planning.
  • Proposes plans of action that are timely, realistic, and positive.
  • Sets appropriate goals for projects and monitors progress against the plan.
  • Provide leadership to project teams.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • A sound understanding of IAM and Cybersecurity concepts including but not limited to privilege access management, the IAM lifecycle, temporal access models, just-in-time access models, and role-based access control implementations.
  • Experience and expertise in Sail Point capability modeling and implementation.
  • Technical aptitude to understand how access is administered across a variety of technologies and platforms.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and manage access related policies and procedures.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Demonstrates sound analytic and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are loosely defined and/or conflict with available information.
  • Knows where to obtain information needed to make the appropriate decisions.
  • Breaks a problem down to manageable pieces and implements effective, timely solutions.
  • Is very good at identifying the problem versus the symptom.
  • Deals increasingly with problems that require involvement of others to solve.
  • Has the ability to reach sound decisions quickly.
  • Carefully evaluates alternative risks and solutions before taking action.
  • Optimizes the use of all available resources.
  • Leadership:
  • Manages functional objectives and priorities supporting multiple assigned business units.
  • Responsibilities are assigned with latitude for setting priorities and decision-making using generally accepted guidelines.
  • Results are reviewed with next-level manager for clarification according to predefined objectives.


What is a Must Have?

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of project management experience required.
