What Makes An Eligible Employee In Any One Of The Below Roles

  • Someone who is at least eighteen (18) years of age or older
  • Someone who has obtained a GED or high school diploma
  • Someone who has a minimum of six (6) months of customer service or sales experience
  • Someone who is Bilingually (Spanish/English) proficient, as determined by a third-party assessment process, to serve our customers


Teller

Becoming a Teller with FNBO is a great way to get a glimpse into the broad world of finance and banking. Our ideal candidate seeks opportunities to exceed our customer's expectations. They must offer consistent, efficient, and accurate service when processing customer transactions. Tellers are empowered to make the right decisions for our customers. We seek individuals with a friendly, positive attitude, who take pride in their work and are committed to a common set of values outlined in our Operating Philosophy.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy being members of a team. Tellers develop their skills by participating in training activities and work with their team to achieve individual and team success.

Personal Banker

The Personal Banker is responsible for developing customer relationships, being a subject matter expert in financial products, and offering the appropriate product at the appropriate time to help build financial well-being for our customers. These products include not only products within the branch, but also other parts of the bank to include Business Banking, Mortgage, Investments, etc. This role may participate in business development opportunities and is responsible for providing operational support, as needed, as well as performing teller duties.

Customer Care Senior Specialist

Want to be the voice of FNBO A position on our Customer Care team gives you the opportunity to be the first point-of-contact with our valued customers!

At FNBO, our customers deserve a superior customer experience and our Customer Care Senior Specialists are vital in making that possible! This role is for you if you're great at talking with people, know how to identify and define customers' needs, and enjoy working independently.

Fraud Senior Specialist

The Fraud Senior Specialist monitors, evaluates and investigates potential fraudulent credit and debit card transactions. This role supports procedures utilized within the department to efficiently protect FNBO and its affiliates from fraudulent credit and debit card usage, losses and liability.

Collector

The Collector is accountable to make outbound calls to cardholders who have become delinquent. Collectors are expected to have effective conversations with our cardholders to uncover the reason for delinquency and provide appropriate solutions to cure the delinquency while remaining in control of the call and providing a superior customer experience.
