What you will be doing
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Security Policies: Comply with HIPAA, Medicare,PHI, and FIS Global Corporate Compliance regulations, complete any compliance training courses in the required timeframe.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding equipment and facilities.
  • Dedication to job performance that contributes to company and client mission and goals in a positive and acceptable manner
  • Maintain Productivity, Accuracy, and speed targets to meet client SLA's
  • Follow the guidelines and instructions of senior mentors, team leads, supervisors and manager in regard to department policies and expectations
  • Enter time into timekeeping system accurately adhering to payroll deadlines
  • Maintain target mailroom productivity and scan accuracy as needed for mailroom duties
  • Ensure daily mail volume is prepped, batched, sorted and scanned within 24-48 hours of receipt (dependent on client SLA).
  • Perform daily self and peer QA for correct batching and scan quality. Less than 10 errors per month is ideal to achieve expectations


What you bring
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a mailroom environment, sorting, scanning documents, a plus!
  • Data entry skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Knowledge to operate a computer efficiently and utilize software packages
  • Must present a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions, producing desired results
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed and as requested by the leadership team
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
