Please review the following job description:

Responsible for performing all mail support functions to include opening mail, sorting, system updates, research, and distribution to correct LOB partner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Responsibilities may include completing requests from customers (internal and external) regarding account information, regulations, special promotions, and bank policies. Responsibility may also include operate mail room equipment including postage meter, mail sorting machine, scanner, mail sealer, and folding/insert machine. Manage compliance and regulatory issues the elements of risk and loss exposure for the bank. Evaluates, prioritizes, researches, and follow ups to ensure accurate disposition /resolution of all work on a daily basis.

Required Qualifications:

High School/GED Two+ years of experience directly related to the business unit role will support (i.e. Mortgage, Wealth, Banking Operations)

Preferred Qualifications:

High School/GED Three+ years of experience directly related to the business unit role will support (i.e. Mortgage, Wealth, Banking Operations). Experience in customer service and/or mail support experience Intermediate PC skills to include a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with SOX reporting and audits.
